Wedding FAQ
1. Can I bring a plus one?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring a plus one! Just make sure to include their name when you RSVP so we can plan seating and catering accordingly. We’re excited to welcome the special people in your life too!
2. Are kids allowed at the wedding?
Yes! Feel free to bring your whole crew! There will be kid-friendly food and a relaxed atmosphere to help keep little ones happy.
3. What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 45 minutes before the ceremony starts to allow time to park, settle in, and soak up the vibes before we say “I do.”
4. Can I wear heels? Will there be grass/gravel/weird terrain?
You can wear heels, but we recommend something comfy! Parts of the day may involve grass, cobblestones, or just lots of dancing—so block heels, wedges, or flats might be your feet’s best friends.
5. Will there be food and drinks before the reception?
Yes! During the cocktail hour, we’ll have a selection of canapés, light snacks, and drinks available so no one goes hungry (or thirsty) while we take photos and transition into the reception.
6. I have dietary restrictions—can you accommodate me?
Absolutely. Please let us know any allergies or dietay needs when you RSVP on our invitation (see RSVP button on page), and we’ll make sure you’re well taken care of.
7. Is the ceremony or reception indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be held [outdoors/indoors], and the reception will be [indoors/outdoors]. We suggest bringing a light layer in case the weather shifts—comfort is key!
8. Can I take photos or post on social media?
We ask that you keep phones tucked away during the ceremony so our photographers can capture the magic. After that, feel free to snap and share! Use our hashtag #[YourHashtagHere] so we can see your beautiful memories too.
9. Will there be parking at the venue?
Yes, there will be free parking available on-site (and signage to guide you). If you're using a ride service or shuttle, drop-off will be right at the main entrance.
10. Who should I contact if I have questions on the day?
If anything comes up, feel free to contact our wedding coordinator, [Name], at [Phone/Email]. They’ll be happy to help you with directions, timing, or anything else you might need.
